It will be used for future emailing to Councillors.<br \/>Click the &#8220;REGISTER&#8221; button. You will be taken to a new window.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step 3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the &#8220;PROCEED&#8221; button;<\/li>\n<li>Login by entering the email address and password entered in Step 2;<br \/>then click on the &#8220;LOGIN&#8221; button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the blue &#8220;EMAIL TOOL&#8221; button;<\/li>\n<li>Enter your address and locality in the fields on the right hand side;<\/li>\n<li>Click the &#8220;terms of use&#8221; box;<\/li>\n<li>Click on the blue &#8220;SEND EMAILS&#8221; button;<\/li>\n<li>Click on the blue &#8220;OK&#8221; button;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The email will be sent to each of the councillors and Mayor listed in the box on the right hand side. Their names will turn green when the email is delivered. Wait until all are sent before exiting this window.<\/p>\n<p>A copy of the email sent will be sent to you for your records.
